Abstract
Recently, The change to the aging society of Korea is going on rapidly. This is faster than in other OECD countries and the
disproportion of the advanced aged population is characteristic in Korea, because of the young people¡¯s preference to big cities. Considering the increased demand of dental service to the aged, the imbalance of the number of dental clinics will result in the imbalance of dental service to the advanced aged. Therefore, it is necessary the government should intervene in the policy of the distribution of dental clinics. Basically, we need more dental clinics specializing in the aged, preventive projects, and adjustment of dental insurance to the advanced aged.
